What Bites (are About)
I’ve logged more than 23 years of Macintosh use, along with a quarter-century of computer industry journalism for business and enterprise users. That’s what’s got me testing, applauding, complaining and tracking what’s become of the Apple user experience, from those days of the Mac SE and 9-inch screens to a new iPad that lets me read my e-mail and the New York Times. I’ll keep an eye on how your favorite vendor is changing, improving or economizing its offerings, coverage and analysis tailored especially for the small business user — the solutions sized for for independents, as well as software and services that scale down from enterprises. In evaluation and testing, I’ll point out the gems of companies that keep your community innovative and growing.
